Lymph Drainage

60 min. / $115
90 min. / $150

*These are time-of-service discounted rates.

Lymph drainage — also called “manual lymphatic drainage” or MLD — can help by providing relief for these problems and more:

  • Chronic pain, migraines

  • Fatigue, digestion issues, nervous-system trauma

  • Swelling, bruising, scarring

  • Pre-surgery prep, recovering after surgery or injury

  • Post-cancer tissue repair

  • Fibromyalgia and other autoimmune disorders

Lymph drainage is a gentle and effective healing technique that uses very light pressure to get built-up lymphatic fluid moving again so that it can flow and exit the body more easily and effectively.

I will reach out to you for a brief phone call before your first session.

Contraindications: Hyperthyroidism, chronic heart failure, history or risk (untreated) of acute DVT or deep blood clots, kidney failure, warm red rash anywhere on the body, fever, or chemotherapy treatment less than 24 hours before your appointment, Antibiotics.

Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage may include a blend of Swedish techniques, Lomi Lomi, and other modalities as needed (but not deep-tissue).

Swedish massage is the relaxing type of bodywork that people traditionally think of when they hear the word “massage.” Swedish techniques include flowing effleurage, kneading petrissage, gently percussive tapotement, and more.

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses long, continuous strokes to help the body untangle and release patterns of tension and stress held not only in the muscles but also in the mind.

In a therapeutic massage session, you’ll enjoy the combination of bodywork techniques, breathing, movement, and stretching that will help to relieve tension and pain, boost circulation, promote balance, soothe your nervous system, and restore a sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

A therapeutic massage is ideal for:

  • Relaxation and stress relief

  • Focused work on certain muscles or areas of the body

  • Recovering from anxiety, trauma, depression, or grief

I specialize in light to medium pressure as an overall experience, but will adjust the pressure level to suit your preferences. Your massage will be totally customized for you. (If you prefer very firm pressure, please book a deep-tissue session below.)

Deep-Tissue

30 min. / $65
60 min. / $125
90 min. / $165

*These are time-of-service discounted rates.

Do you have chronic pain, postural imbalances, a stiff neck, sore shoulders, a tight back, or muscle tension that just won’t go away? This massage is for you!

This session uses slower, more intense, advanced techniques designed to target problem areas in the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

You’ll leave with less pain, improved blood flow, better mobility, and reduced scar tissue.

Your deep-tissue massage will be fully customized for your needs and goals, and may include a combination of neuromuscular therapy, structural/myofascial bodywork, sports massage/PNF, pin-and-stretch, gua sha, cupping, and very firm Swedish techniques.

Prenatal Massage

60 min. / $115
90 min. / $150

*These are time-of-service discounted rates.

In this session, you will receive expert care and bodywork to address pregnancy pains, decrease swelling, maintain mobility, and make your pregnancy much more comfortable for all nine months. Massage during this time is absolutely life-changing!

My special cushion system (optional) will help you feel comfy and supported on the massage table no matter how far along you are. You will also be able to safely lie face-down during your massage — a dream come true!

Your prenatal massage will be completely customized for you and may include a blend of Swedish, deep-tissue, lymph drainage, and other expert techniques.

Craniosacral Therapy

60 min. / $115

*This is a time-of-service discounted rate.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is very gentle and allows the body to self-correct tension through and around the cranium, spinal cord, and diaphragms.

CST can bring exceptional relief for many things, but most people will notice the freeing of any stress in the cranium, coupled with overall better alignment. All ages may benefit significantly.

Out of the three distinct rhythms in the body, the craniosacral rhythm has the greatest effect on the central nervous system — and we can use that to our advantage for thorough healing.

You will lie face-up on the table for most (if not all) of the CST work. The gentleness of pressure is comparable to the weight of a nickel or less.

You will remain fully clothed for your CST session unless we’re mixing in other bodywork techniques.

Contraindications: We will modify your session for your unique health conditions, history, and needs. I will occasionally ask for your doctor's referral for certain conditions, but mostly there are minimal contraindications for CST.
